To be eligible for a refund the item must be in saleable condition. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair the item at our discretion within 30 days of purchase. When returning merchandise to BackpackFlyFishing.com, email or call us first at info@backpackflyfishing.com or 303-803-2740 describing the problem and requested action. You will be given a case number. Please write this number on the outside of the box on the label so it can be easily seen. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Items must be carefully packed and return shipping charges prepaid via insured USPS Parcel Post or surface carrier. Sorry but we cannot accept C.O.D. returns and all such returns will be refused.
